In the spring of 1776, Boston was under siege by American troops.  General Howe, the British
Commander, decided to evacuate Boston and move his headquarters to Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Hank Lunn tells the story of his GGGGrandfather, a 16 year old American loyalist, who fervently believed it was wrong to rebel against the king and joined the American Loyalist Irish Volunteers to fight.
