Preparing for Childbirth

Pen Bay Medical Center, Birth Center, 6 Glen Cove Drive, Rockport
This one-time, 6 hour class includes a tour of the Birth Center and provides general information on
what to expect during the birthing process. Some of the topics covered include hospital policies,
comfort techniques, breathing and relaxation and caring for your newborn. Registration Fee: $51 for
