Chef will hold a culinary demonstration from 3:30 - 4:30 pm today in the Private Dining Room of Bogies. It's "all about mussels". Chef will make a special presentation on the Prince Edward Island Mussel he specially selects from his favorite farm. You will learn why the Island can produce some of the best mussels in the world; learn about their lifecycle, farming, and then processing through the market. Chef will then prepare two dishes. "Bogie's Mussels" and then one of his family recipes "Barbecued Mussels"--- our favorite. Enjoy the demo and meeting Chef Roberts. Maximum of 8 guests. Complimentary.

Cape Harbor Holiday Mojito
 
In a mason jar add ice, 4oz apple cider, 1.25oz rum. 1oz apple brandy, fresh mint leaves, apple chunks, and lime juice.
 
Cape Harbor - A small but excellent harbor at Cape Newagen, formed by Cape or Jerry's Island lying just outside and furnishing a breakwater to that harbor. Entrance from easterly and westerly sides.
