The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Alna man after he allegedly went to a house that he was warned not to, repeatedly.

Jon Seigars, 75, was arrested April 9 and charged with criminal trespassing.

At 10:48 p.m. April 8, Sheriff's Deputy Jared Mitkus went to a Sheepscot Road house in Newcastle after receiving a call about an unwanted subject. The homeowner reported that Seigars was intoxicated and wanted him removed.

Mitkus then drove Seigars away from the property and warned him not to return. At 12:20 a.m. April 9, Seigars allegedly returned to the Sheepscot Road residence and Mitkus arrested him.

Seigars is scheduled to have a court date May 28.
