An Alna man has been charged with a pair of crimes after an April threatening incident.

Robert Fogg, 48, of Alna, was charged with domestic violence terrorizing, and refusing to submit to arrest.

According to court documents, on Thursday, April 3 police tried to arrest Fogg after he allegedly threatened bodily harm or violence against a member of his household. Upon Lincoln County Sheriff Office’s arrival, Fogg reportedly physically resisted arrest, which led to the refusal charge.

Both crimes are Class D crimes, which are punishable by up-to a year in jail or a $2,000 fine.

Fogg was held on a $1,000 unsecured bond and is scheduled to appear in district court April 30. He was also ordered not to use or possess any alcohol or illegal drugs, not to possess any dangerous weapons, including guns, and not to have any contact with the victims.
