Barbara Fraser Hull, 85, passed away peacefully on Nov. 21, 2017 surrounded, loved and cared for by her immediate family and the staff of Horizons Living Center. She grew up in Bath on Chestnut Street, attended Bath schools and graduated from Morse High School in 1952.

Hull, who was in the Navy and stationed at the Brunswick Naval Air Station. On the 21st of August 1954 they were married and made their home in Bath where they raised five children.

Barbara loved her family, she was proud to be a stay-at-home mom and her family was her priority. For many years her three great nephews also lived with them.

She was a member of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union, was involved in Eastern Star in Bath; and was Worthy Advisor of the Rainbow Girls for a number of years. She was an active member in Morse Band Boosters and loved going to basketball and football games with her family. Barbara was a current member of Gospel Light Fellowship in West Bath and for a short while she took care of the babies and children at the Christian Day Care.

Barbara loved singing and sang in many choirs; she especially loved singing a duet with her husband at church. She also loved to cook big dinners and bake for her family. She canned vegetables and made wonderful pies, but her chocolate chip cookies were the best ever. Her family said she got the most enjoyment out of cooking. Barbara liked to knit, embroider, read, and watch TV in her spare time. She loved watching her New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox.
