Joseph Pinkham, 27, was arrested Friday, April 11 at his home in Boothbay by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Detective Scott Hayden, on an outstanding warrant from the Rockland Police Department.

The arrest warrant was issued for violation of conditions of release. Pinkham, who is out on bail and after being charged previously with three counts of possession of child pornography, is accused of accessing the Internet in direct violation of his bail conditions. This violation occurred in Rockland on February 11, 2014.

Pinkham was previously arrested by Lincoln County Detectives in November of 2013 after images of child pornography were found on his computer and cellular telephone.

Pinkham is currently being held at Two Bridges Regional Jail pending his appearance in court.
