The following information was provided by the Court Clerk of Lincoln County. Unless otherwise noted, all jail sentences will be served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Amanda Porch, 34, of Jefferson, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words or Gestures, and took a deferred disposition on one charge of Domestic Violence Assault. Porch was fined $300.

Gina Glidden, 27, of Spruce Head, guilty of one charge of Unlawful Possession of a Scheduled Drug and took a deferred disposition on a second charge. Glidden was fined $400 and received a suspended sentence of 364 days in jail and probation of one year.

James Burk, 45, of Jefferson, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to 364 days, all but five months suspended.

Chassedy Foster, 34, of Bremen, guilty of Engaging in Activities while Suspended, fined $500.

Mathew Tedford, 25, of Nobleboro, guilty of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, sentenced to seven days in jail and ordered to pay restitution of $795.

Nathan Brewer, 37, of Nobleboro, guilty of Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to two years, all but 60 days suspended on the first count, and 60 days on the second count.

Scott Lane, 55, of Edgecomb, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 48 hours, had license suspended 150 days, and fined $500.

Tosha Swisher, 24, of Winslow, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 48 hours, had license suspended 150 days, and fined $500.

Donald Whorff, 51, of Lewiston, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 48 hours, had license suspended 150 days, and fined $500. Also found guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words and Gestures, and sentenced to jail for 48 hours.

Matthew Burnham, 25, of South Bristol, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault with priors, sentenced to jail for four years, all but nine months suspended, and two years probation. Burnham took deferred disposition pleas for a count of Aggravated Assault and Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon.

Elizabeth Derecktor, 51, of Whitefield, took a deferred disposition plea for one count of Terrorizing.

Jacob Hammond, 18, of Edgecomb, took a deferred disposition plea for one count of Aggravated Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs.

Keith Rattleff, 18, of Woolwich, took deferred disposition pleas for two counts of Domestic Violence Assault.

Chassedy Foster, 34, of Newcastle, guilty of Failure to Appear After Bailed, sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Dixie Marie Gauthier, 38, of Edgecomb, guilty of Obstructing Report of a Crime and Disorderly Conduct, Loud Unreasonable Noise, fined $300 and $500 respectively; and took deferred disposition for one count of Domestic Violence Assault.

Mathew Tedford, 25, of Edgecomb, guilty of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, sentenced to seven days in jail.

Herman Wright IV, 31, of Edgecomb, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, suspended sentence of nine months and one year of probation.

Derek Hinkley, 31, of Jefferson, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to four months and 14 days in jail and ordered to pay restitution of $12. Also guilt of Theft by Deception, sentenced to 6 months in jail and ordered to pay restitution of $100.

Anthony Bosworth, 25, of Waldoboro, guilty of Criminal Mischief, fined $200.

Owen Gilbert, 18, of Nobleboro, guilty of Attaching False Plates, fined $150.

Shawn Michael Mills, 32, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $150.

Katherine Landry, 21, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $150.

Timothy Norton, 36, of Augusta, guilty of Aggravated Assault, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for six years, all but 17 months four days suspended and probation of three years. Also took deferred disposition plea of Tampering with a Witness, Informant, Juror or Victim. Guilty of Violating Condition of Release and sentenced to jail for seven months.

Tammy Boyington, 46, of Augusta, guilty of Unlawful Furnishing of Scheduled Drug, sentenced to 18 months, all suspended, with probation of one year, and fined $400.
