    All information was prepared by the Lincoln County Court Clerk. All sentences, unless otherwise noted, will be served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

    Jessica Alexander, 40, of Waldoboro, guilty of Illegal Possession of a Firearm, sentenced to 18 months in jail. Also guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 30 days in jail.

    Glenn Creel, 55, of Westbrook, guilty of OUI (alcohol) - no test. Sentenced to 96 hours in jail, fined $600, and license suspended for 150 days.

    Laurens Adams, 64, of Waldoboro, guilty of OUI (alcohol) - 1 prior. Sentenced to 45 days in Knox County Jail, probation partially revoked.

    John Kimball, 40, of Wiscasset, guilty of Obstructing Report of a Crime, fined $300. Pled guilty in a deferred disposition to Domestic Violence Assault, with priors.

    Rashad Newsome, 24, of Rochester, New York, guilty of two counts of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to nine months in jail and fined $400 for each count. Pled guilty in a deferred disposition to Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs, and was subject to Criminal Forfeiture of Property.

    Daniel Robert Cunningham Browne, 41, of Gardiner, guilty of Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening, sentenced to 60 days in jail. In a separate incident, Browne was found guilty of Domestic Violence Terrorizing, for which he was sentenced to 364 days, all but 60 suspended, and two years probation; and two counts of Violating Conditions of Release, for which he was sentenced to 60 days each.

    Mary Catherine Wilson, 35, of Boothbay, guilty of two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors, sentenced to 12 months in the Department of Corrections for each count. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days.

    Tony Bugley, 39, of Cornish, guilty of Criminal Mischief, for which he was sentenced to four days in jail, and Criminal Trespass, for which he was sentenced to 4 days in jail. Pled guilty in a deferred disposition to a charge of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.

    Tony Weaver, 35, of Warren, guilty of OUI (drugs or combo), for which he was fined $500 and had his license suspended for 150 days, and Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation with priors, for which he was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $1,000.

    Ali Hartley, 26, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500 and license suspended for 150 days.

    Alicia Roberts, 35, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol) for which she was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $500, with license suspended for 150 days; and guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, for which she was sentenced to jail for 30 days.

    Natalie McGill, 37, of Macungie, Pennsylvania, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to 48 hours in jail, fined $500, and license suspended for 150 days.

    Justine Blackler, 31, of Jefferson, pled guilty in a deferred disposition to Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Forgery.

    Benjamin Sutter, 23, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but seven suspended with probation of one year; fined $700, and license suspended for three years. Pled guilty in deferred disposition to Driving to Endanger.

    Albert Fogg, 32, of Rockland, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to Knox County Jail for seven days, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and fined $700. Pled guilty in deferred disposition to Operating While License Suspended or Revoked.

    Nancy L. Moody, 59, of Waldoboro, guilty of Harassment, sentenced to three days in jail.

    Leah Murdoch, 29, of Waldoboro, pled guilty to a deferred disposition for Burglary.

    Timothy Purington, 47, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Possession of Lobster Beyond Minimum or Maximum, fined $600. In a separate incident, fined $100 for Molesting Lobster Gear and ordered to pay restitution of $160.

    Peter Townsend, 32, of Nobleboro, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 180 days, all but 10 days suspended, and two years probation. In a second incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 24 hours.

    Joshua Fitzpatrick, 42, of Bristol, guilty of Possessing Mutilated Unmeasurable Lobster, fined $600.

    David Manson, 30, of Boothbay, guilty of Operating Watercraft to Endanger, fined $575.

    Joshua Emery, 24, of Somerville, guilty of Fishing For or Taking Shellfish From Closed Area, fined $300.

    Crystal Benner, 30, of Waldoboro, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 72 hours, fined $500, and license suspended for 150 days.

    Curtis Moody, 47, of Warren, guilty of Domestic Violence Terrorizing, sentenced to jail for two years, all but 45 days suspended, and probation for two years. Pled guilty to a deferred disposition for Criminal Mischief. In a separate incident, pled guilty to a deferred disposition for Sex Trafficking and Violating Conditions of Release. In a third incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 20 days in jail. In a fourth incident, guilty of Criminal Attempt, sentenced to 10 days in jail. In a fifth incident, pled guilty to a deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release. In a sixth incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.

    Ronald Peaslee, 24, of Windsor, pled guilty to deferred disposition for Hunting or Possessing Animal or Bird – Closed Season.

    Jordan Wright, 18, of South Portland, pled guilty to deferred disposition for Furnishing Liquor to a Minor. In a related case, fined $200 for being a Minor Possessing Liquor.

    Todd Kelley, 22, of Damariscotta, fined $316 for Commercial Shellfishing Without a License.

    Alex Brumfield, 29, of Rochester New York, default judgment for Littering.

    Ashley Orne, 29, of Bristol, default judgment for Possession of Marijuana, fined $350, and Use of Drug Paraphernalia, fined $300.
