Area fire departments worked at the scene of a shed fire at 23 North Dyer Neck Road in Newcastle Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 19. No injuries were reported.

Nate Addy and Stephanie Clayton, husband and wife, own the property. Addy said there is no power to the shed, so he was unsure how the fire would have started. Fire officials had no idea yet on a cause. A utility pole also caught on fire. No further information was immediately available.
