Frances Louise Abbott

Frances Louise Abbott of Boothbay Harbor died peacefully at home June 25 surrounded by her family.

She was born May 31, 1930 in Boothbay Harbor to Parker and Carrie (Bennett) Brewer. She attended local schools and she proudly graduated in 1978 at as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) from Androscoggin Education Center in Brunswick. She enjoyed her CNA duties at St. Andrews Hospital and Home Health and private duty in Florida.

Frances worked in many local restaurants and motels before starting her nursing career.

She enjoyed dancing, birds, playing darts with the crew at Everybody’s Restaurant, watching Tiger Woods play golf, and her trip to Las Vegas. Most of all, she loved spending time with family and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents, three brothers, one sister and her oldest son, Thomas A. Fuller.

She is survived by two sons, Ronald G. Fuller and Leonard H. Fuller and his wife Cindy, all of Boothbay Harbor; three grandchildren, Christopher R. E. Fuller and Marilyn of St. Louis, Mo., Krystlerose Hodgdon and her husband Christopher, Barrett L. Fuller and his wife Heidi, all of Edgecomb; four great-grandchildren, Hannah and Hayden Fuller of St. Louis and Arabella R. and Benjamin A. Hodgdon of Edgecomb; two sisters, Nancy Long of Wiscasset and Annie Cleland of Boothbay; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no services per Frances’ request.
