It was a humbling sight to witness the outpouring of support for the Vietnam Memorial Moving Wall winding its way up Route 1 to Thomaston. The Knox Museum is hosting the Wall Memorial Day Weekend with many events planned (www.knoxmuseum.org/events/) to honor veterans. As part of the tribute to Vietnam veterans, there is an indoor exhibit depicting the stories and photographs of Nurse Capt. Beth Parks. Beth was stationed in Cu Chi in 1966-67. Seen through the eyes of a nurse, Beth's images and words detail a unique and riveting viewpoint of her Vietnam experience.
