Wiscasset Town Manager Marian Anderson released the following statement via email Wednesday afternoon:

"It is always difficult to announce the resignation of a trusted, valued member of the Town’s leadership team.

Chief Lange has announced that he is resigning as the full time Chief of Police for the Town of Wiscasset. His last day is July 26, 2018. It is with warmest personal regards that I ask you to please join me in wishing Jeff tremendous success in all his future endeavors."
