Bath Savings Institution (BSI) recently honored employees for their commitment to exceptional service and customer relationships at the 2014 Employee Recognition Night in Bath. The tradition of honoring employees for their outstanding service began in 1997 in recognition of the bank’s mission of providing exceptional service without exception.
The 2014 Bath Savings Institution Employee Recognition Award Recipients:

  • Michelle Barker, Assistant Branch Manager in Freeport, received the bank’s Neighbor to Neighbor Award for her commitment to community service.
  • Jamie House, a teller at BSI's Boothbay Harbor office, received the bank’s Exceptional Teller Award.
  • Sarah Peters, Assistant Branch Manager in Damariscotta, was acknowledged as the 2014 Exceptional Customer Service Representative.
  • Bank employees voted Daniel Wilson as their most helpful internal support person in 2014. Wilson is Assistant Manager Deposit Services in Bath.
  • The Damariscotta Branch received the 2014 Relationship Builder Award for excelling in reaching sales and service goals for the year, as well as for its commitment to community volunteerism.

“These awards acknowledge that our success comes from the efforts of our employees — and honor individuals and teams who excel at fulfilling the Bath Savings mission,” President and Chief Executive Officer Glenn Hutchinson said.
The bank rewards recognition award winners with additional vacation time in appreciation of their outstanding service.
