Neil E. Payson, 84, of Southport died peacefully at Maine Veteran’s Home in Augusta on Dec. 1, 2014.

Friends are welcome to join the family for a gathering to celebrate Neil’s life from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Dec. 13 at Hall’s of Boothbay. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, Southport.
