Bardo, who will provide consultations and recommendations, has an extensive background in interior and exterior design and has built, bought, and sold several homes over the years.

Dennis Hilton, a Damariscotta native who has owned Newcastle Square Realty since 1998, has been focused on supporting his staff of brokers and further strengthening the real estate company by expanding the scope of professional services offered.

Bardo is an independent consultant who works exclusively with clients of Newcastle Square Realty Associates. She maintains an inventory of furnishings that can be deployed for photo shoots or showings, using a few items to accent a room, or completely furnishing a home as she did recently at The Standard, where NSRA is marketing three new condominium units. She charges an initial consultation fee, and then recommendations she develops are completed at the property owners’ option and expense.
