The Boothbay Region Y, in partnership with LincolnHealth St. Andrew’s Campus, is offering Physical Therapy Consultation on Wednesdays, 8-9 a.m., with Jen Wolfe. Jen is a doctor of physical therapy, working at the St. Andrews Campus. She can be reached at 207-633-1893 or jennifer.wolfe@lchcare.org.

This is a drop in, free service to provide Y members with screening for muscular skeletal injuries, chronic aches and pains, modifications for various exercises because of a previous injury or surgery and instruction in safe form and alignment for exercise. Jen will be located in the office within the Cardio Center on the bottom floor of the Y.

This new service at the Y is scheduled begin on Wednesday, Aug. 6 at 8 a.m.
