Maine State Police now say 14 people were injured in this morning’s Interstate 95 pileup in Etna. 

All were transported to Bangor hospitals, and at least two of the injured are in serious condition. 

A fleet of wreckers are now removing the wrecks and Troopers are in hopes to open up one lane on the northbound side in the next hour or so.

The main crash involved over 25 vehicles and there is a series of other wrecks leading up to that crash site. 

Some of those other crashes involved two or three vehicles each, and then other vehicle went off the road to avoid collisions.  

In all there were over 40 vehicles involved. One of the vehicles was a school bus with three passengers.  The students were shaken up, but not injured.
