Priscilla Antoinette Fogg, 74, of Wiscasset died on August 20, 2014.

Priscilla was born in Wiscasset on September 11, 1939, the daughter of Warren W. and Helen S. (Bean) Dorr, also of Wiscasset. Priscilla graduated from Wiscasset High School in 1957 and attended Thayer College in Waterville where she earned her certification as a lab technician.

As her children got older, she returned to college in her 30s to attend the University of Maine, earning her bachelor's degree in medical technology. She served at numerous local hospitals, with her longest tenures at Bath Memorial Hospital and Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick. Priscilla was an original member of the Wiscasset Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and a founding member of the Wiscasset Ambulance Service.

She was a devoted member of the Bible Baptist Church in Wiscasset where she volunteered as bookkeeper, thoroughly enjoyed following their youth sports teams, and held a special place in her heart for all their children. Priscilla was a skilled gardener who enjoyed maintaining beautiful gardens, watching birds at her home and sharing her skills with others. She was particularly adept at helping those in need while humbly shying away from accepting credit for her lifelong acts of compassion and kindness.

Priscilla enjoyed travel with her husband David, where they visited every state in the continental U.S., plus Alaska, over the course of their 23 years of marriage. Priscilla was a proud and passionate grandmother who was active in the lives of her four grandchildren and was famous for taking them on countless mystery rides, which they still speak about fondly today.

Priscilla was predeceased by her parents, her brother Warren W. Dorr Jr. and his wife Gladys. She is survived by her husband David Fogg, as well as her sister Gert Blagdon and her husband John, all of Wiscasset; son, Peter McRae and his wife Monique of Wiscasset; daughter, Julie (McRae) Crowley and her husband Patrick of Brunswick; grandchildren, Matthew McRae of Portland, Heather McRae and her fiancé Trevor Berry of Litchfield, Joel Crowley and his wife Stephanie of Windham, and Kathryn Crowley of Brunswick; great-granddaughter Sweet Hailey Crowley of Windham and numerous beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.

Priscilla is also survived by her husband's children, Cathy Holt of Sabattus, Laurie Whitmore of Turner, Kevin Fogg and his wife Sandra of Turner, Dawn Marie Rossignol of Auburn, his eight grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.

A family graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery, Rumerill Road, Wiscasset on Saturday, Aug. 23 at 1 p.m. There will be a memorial service at the Bible Baptist Church, 143 Beechnut Hill Road, Wiscasset Saturday, Aug. 30 at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice House, 236 Stetson Road, Auburn, ME 04210.

The family wishes to thank the many doctors and nurses who cared for Priscilla during her illness, especially the staff of the Hospice House in Auburn.

Arrangements are under the care of Kincer Funeral Home, 130 Pleasant St., Richmond.
