“An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power”  -   A decade after “An Inconvenient Truth” brought climate change into the heart of popular culture. “An Inconvenient Sequel” is the riveting and rousing follow-up that shows just how close we are to a real energy revolution. Vice President Al Gore continues his tireless fight, traveling around the world training an army of climate champions and influencing international climate policy.

Cameras follow him behind the scenes-in moments private and public, funny and poignant-as he pursues the empowering notion that while the stakes have never been higher, the perils of climate change can be overcome with human ingenuity and passion. “An Inconvenient Sequel” is rated PG; run time: 99 minutes.  Plays at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 6 and Thursday, Sept. 7.

“Wind River” - A chilling thriller that follows a rookie FBI agent (Elizabeth Olsen) who teams up with a local game tracker with deep community ties and a haunted past (Jeremy Renner) to investigate the murder of a local girl on a remote Native American Reservation in the hopes of solving her mysterious death.

Writing for Rolling Stone magazine Peter Travers wrote, “ ... Wind River packs an elemental power that knocks you for a loop.”

The film plays at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8, Saturday, Sept. 9, Wednesday, Sept. 13 and Thursday, Sept. 14; plays at 2 and 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 10.

Unexpectedly, Everett finds himself falling in love. Maudie charts Everett's efforts to protect himself from being hurt, Maudie's deep and abiding love for this difficult man and her surprising rise to fame as a folk painter. Rated PG-13.
