Savory Maine in Damariscotta announces its February music series featuring local musicians. Every Thursday and Saturday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., performers from around the Midcoast entertain diners at Savory Maine.

Plan B, a group of musicians gathered by Nan Jones will play Thursday, Feb. 11, followed by Liz Starr on the 13th. Liz plays folk and Celtic music and original songs.

On Feb. 18, Sylvia Tavares and Gary McCue share the spotlight with McCue largely plays original compositions; Tavares classic folk music and original compositions.

On Saturday, Feb. 20 the Scott Ciampa Trio plays Savory Maine for the first time. The trio is composed of percussionist Shine Richards, Beth Richards on guitar and mandolin, and Scott Ciampa on fiddle.

It's Nancy Sferra on the 25thand Gary McCue returns as a soloist on Saturday, Feb. 27.

Savory Maine is located at 11 Water Street, Damariscotta. Savory Maine is open five days (closed Tuesday and Wednesday) from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m., serving lunch and dinner. Savory Maine is proud to support local farmers, fishers, foragers, food producers, artists, and musicians.
