Save the date for the next community supper on Wednesday, April 18 featuring a Thanksgiving style turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Make reservations for this meal by calling the Wiscasset Community Center on 882-8230 by noon on Monday, April 16.

If you missed the April 4 dinner, you missed a delicious vegetable lasagna prepared by Chef Julie. This was the last meal at which Lincoln Theater tickets were drawn and the winner was Ellie Tracy. Congratulations Ellie! Happy Birthday to Ellie and Ted Tracy, whose birthdays were celebrated at the April 4 dinner with chocolate cake and a round of “Happy Birthday” sung by all the members present.

Make plans to attend the Wednesday, May 2 community supper which will include Shepherd's pie as the entree followed by a presentation on estate planning.

Hosted by the Richmond Golden Oldies Senior Center, 314 Front St., Richmond, the fifth annual Senior Center Summit will take place on Thursday, May 3 at 10 a.m. Sharing in the summit will be the senior centers in the towns of Bowdoinham, Bowdoin, Dresden, Gardiner, Litchfield, Richmond and Wiscasset. This is our chance to get together exchange ideas, share successes and raise any concerns our seniors are discussing. Guests are welcome and light refreshments will be served.
