An employee at Mad Hatters Smoke Shop in Wiscasset has been arrested and charged with indecent conduct, according to a press release from Wiscasset Police Department.

Michael Hoffman, 39, of Waldoboro, allegedly exposed himself to a 51-year-old Dresden woman while working at the 291 Bath Road store.

Hoffman, who was identified by police as store owner's brother, was behind the counter at the time of the alleged incident.
