The public is invited to an Open House, with refreshments, at the Wiscasset Yacht Club on Sunday, June 4 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Club members will be in attendance to conduct tours and provide first hand information about our  “little club with big fun.”

Founded in 1952, the Wiscasset Yacht Club strives to maintain its founders commitment to establishing a club that would be accessible to all who share an enthusiasm for boating. Club dues are low because members volunteer time and skills to operate the club and maintain the clubhouse. 

The Wiscasset Yacht Club welcomes sailors, power boaters, kayakers, fishermen, families and singles. Whether or not you own a boat or just love to be around them, the club has much to offer. In addition to full use of the clubhouse and its amenities, an active social calendar has something for everyone. Summer is packed with socials, picnics, pot lucks and weekly events. Winter brings monthly socials at members’ homes, and Friday happy hour moves to local restaurants. 

If you’d like to drop anchor in our little harbor and join in the fun, do drop by on Sunday.  Applications for membership will be available.
