Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: Four arrests

Sheriff Todd Brackett reports the following:

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to a total of 336 calls for the period of Dec. 11 and Dec. 18, and year to date, LCSO has responded to 19,741 calls.

Arrests

On Dec. 14, James R. Clark, 41, of Wiscasset was arrested for Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation (3 priors); Using Counterfeit Vehicle Inspection Sticker; Violating Condition of Release and Attaching False Plates, on West Alna Road, Wiscasset, by Detective Jared Mitkus.

On Dec. 15, Amanda R. Porch, 35, of Jefferson was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for Violating Condition of Release, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Justin Drake.

On Dec. 15, Jeremiah E. Lucas, 20, of Boothbay was arrested on a Sagadahoc County warrant for Failure to Appear, on Beath Road, Boothbay, by Deputy John Braley.

On Dec. 17, Kyle G. Pendleton, 30, of Alna was arrested for Operating under the Influence (1 prior), on Main Street, Damariscotta, by Detective Jared Mitkus.

Accidents

On Dec. 12, an accident occurred on Cape Newagen Road on Southport involving Scott T. Fantigrossi, 35, of Bath. Mr. Fantigrossi’s 2011 Ford F-350 was parked facing south on the side of the northbound travel lane when an unknown vehicle scraped the side of it. Deputy First Class Brian Collamore was the investigating officer.

On Dec. 12, an accident occurred on Eddy Road in Edgecomb involving Samantha A. Clarkson, 17, of Edgecomb. Ms. Clarkson was operating her 2012 Ford Expedition southbound when her vehicle began to slide due to the road conditions, and struck the guardrail. Deputy Jonathan Colby was the investigating officer.

On Dec. 12, an accident occurred on Rockland Road in Whitefield involving Hayden R. Sevey, 44, of Whitefield. Mr. Sevey was operating his 2008 Subaru Tribeca eastbound when he lost control of his vehicle on the snow covered roadway. As a result, he struck the guardrail. Sgt. Alan Shea was the investigating officer.

On Dec. 13, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving Shawn R. Pitcher, 47, of Boothbay Harbor. Mr. Pitcher was operating his 2015 Nissan Altima southbound when due a northbound vehicle crossing the center line, he moved to the right and hit a mailbox post. Deputy First Class Brian Collamore was the investigating officer.

On Dec. 13, an accident occurred on Bristol Road in Bristol involving Casey L. Prior, 18, of Bristol. Ms. Prior was operating her 2009 Nissan Maxima northbound when she struck a deer entering Bristol Road from the east side.  Deputy Chase Bosse was the investigating officer.

On Dec. 14, an accident occurred on Rockland Road in Jefferson involving John K. Klingelhofer, 23, of Rockport.  Mr. Klingelhofer was operating his 2001 Volvo 70 northbound when he lost control on the ice covered roadway. As a result, his vehicle went off the road on the right side, striking a guardrail, re-entering the roadway and coming to rest in the middle of the northbound travel lane. Reserve Deputy Michael Elwell was the investigating officer.

On Dec. 14, an accident occurred on Main Street in Damariscotta involving Jessica L. Sproul, 41, of Waldoboro and Brittany A. Prior, 19, of Damariscotta. Ms. Sproul was operating her 2013 Dodge Durango southbound and stopped in traffic. Ms. Prior was also operating her 2001 Volvo 70 southbound and failed to see Sproul stopped in traffic and struck the rear of her vehicle. Reserve Deputy Michael Elwell was the investigating officer.
