A lifelong resident of the Mid-coast, Carmen Reed understands why people from all over the world choose to make Lincoln County their home. She takes pride in her knowledge of the surrounding areas and uses it to her advantage when providing real estate services to both buyers and sellers alike. Carmen currently resides in Nobleboro with her husband and children and credits the diverse nature and changing seasons as her favorite aspects of living in this area.

A graduate of Newcastle Realty’s Apprenticeship Program, Carmen began her career working alongside veteran Realtor Debby Schling while learning the ins-and-outs of the real estate profession. Carmen shares the mentorship and support she received through the Apprenticeship Program has been critical to her success in real estate and as an added bonus, she has made some great friends through her affiliation with the locally owned real estate company.

Having worked in real estate for five years, Carmen has handled a number of successful transactions with no two being the same. Carmen enjoys the challenges and rewards provided by the industry and takes pride in her willingness to go the extra mile when helping her clients navigate the many facets of the home buying and selling process.

When she’s not working with real estate clients, Carmen enjoys boating, traveling with her family, and a good game of cornhole.
