OPI Offers Free Gentle morning Flow Yoga with CYI Monica Botti

Join certified yoga instructor Monica Botti for her last Free Gentle Morning Flow Yoga Class Wednesday, July 28th from 8:00am to 8:30pm. Class is free, bring your own mat. 

Stretch. breathe and mingle! Yoga for everyone.  Students of all ages and experience levels welcome.  Appropriate for any age. The class incorporates a gentle, simple flowing to warm up the body and combine intentional movement with breath for body strength, balance and flexibility.
