Ocean Point Inn is delighted to offer Ocean Point and Boothbay region children, Kim Kruger’s second sea glass workshop for ages 7 and up on Monday, August 16th from 10:00am to 11:30am at OPI.  

Kruger has been a summer resident of Ocean Point for over 25 years. As a young girl, Kim spent her summers beachcombing and collecting sea glass on local beaches. Ten years ago, she combined her love of art and glass into an art form.  Kim now teaches workshops for both children and adults and helps her students visualize art through nature.  She has a vast collection of glass and a love of the Maine Coast and utilizes windows and frames to create her beach glass pictures.

Students will create beautiful landscapes with one-of-a-kind sea glass on a picture frame to capture your Ocean Point memories. Workshops are limited to 16. Workshop supplies include: frame, glue and glass (fees will vary depending upon frame size). Students should meet Kim in the front lobby of the Inn the day of the workshop.
