North Atlantic Gymnastics & Dance Academy

We believe that gymnastics can be enjoyed by children of all ages and is a wonderful tool for teaching both physical and cognitive life skills. Younger gymnasts are taught fundamental fine and gross motor skills while expanding their rhythm, spatial awareness and social abilities. Older athletes are encouraged to expand on these abilities while learning fundamental gymnastics progressions outline by USA Gymnastics. Our tumbling and cheerleading classes focus on specific tumbling skills while building a broad base of abilities in spatial awareness and air sense.

Jonas & Stacey Contakos have over 40 years of combined gymnastics experience and are excited to bring their expertise and love of coaching children to the midcoast area.
