Join us at Southport Memorial Library on Tuesday, March 14, at 2 p.m. to hear local author William “Skip” Simonds discuss his writing process.

Skip is a local author of several books including “The Measure of a Man,” “Get Over It,” and two of his three-part trilogy series, “The Genesis Chair” and “The Meta Chair.” Skip is currently working on completing the
final novel of his time and space trilogy.

Along with being an author, Skip is a semi-retired minister, business consultant, and counselor. You may know Skip as the wine guy at the Southport General Store (and his daily puns posted there), or the Southport Planning Board, or one of the moderators at a few Southport town meetings.

Following Skip’s talk, he will answer questions aspiring self-publishing writers may have. As a bonus, Skip will be happy to read over any writings that you would like to share with him and provide you with helpful comments and encouragement.

We recommend arriving by 1:45 p.m. Refreshments will be served. The library is at 1032 Hendricks Hill Road, Southport. For more information: https://www.southportlibrary.org
