Stanley Billings, 60, of Newcastle, charge of assault in Damariscotta, dismissed.

Joshua Dwyer, 40, of Saco, charge of terrorizing in Damariscotta, dismissed.

Cheryl L. McFarland, 52, of Sangerville, charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer/priors, in Damariscotta, dismissed.

Martin J. O’Brien, 40, of Lewiston, OUI (alcohol) in Damariscotta, guilty, $500 fine, 48 hours, stayed, license suspended 150 days; charge of theft by unauthorized use of property in Damariscotta, dismissed.

Kala Smith, 31, of Newcastle, charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence assault in Newcastle, dismissed.

Stony Blue Vega, 40, of Lewiston, theft by receiving stolen property/priors, in Damariscotta, guilty, sentenced to four years, all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation and $220 restitution.

Alisa Wallace, 53, of Randolph, passing a stopped school bus in Wiscasset, guilty, fined $250.
