December 2019 closed cases

The following are closed cases for December. All information was provided by the Lincoln County Court Clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Ronnie Russomano, 45, of Farmingdale, for an incident in Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release; sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Jason Walsh, 37, of Rockland, for incidents in Wiscasset, guilty of five counts of Violating Protection of Abuse Orders; and four counts of Violating Conditions of Release. Deferred disposition on four additional counts of Violating Conditions of Release and four additional counts of Violating Protection from Abuse Orders. Case was continued for sentencing.

Richard Roberge, 36, of Lewiston, for an incident in Dresden, guilty of Possession of Hypodermic Apparatuses; sentenced to Kennebec County Jail for 10 days; one count of Violating Conditions of Release; sentenced to Kennebec County Jail for 10 days; deferred disposition fot two additional counts of Violating Conditions of Release.

Anthony De Haas, 49, of East Boothbay, guilty of Failure to Comply with Duty To Submit; fined $500, all suspended. In a separate incident, guilty of Operating Watercraft Under the Influence; sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 15 days suspended, probation for one year.

Randale Russell, 57, of Westport Island, fined $100 for Hunting with a Firearm/Crossbow Without Hunter Orange.

Paul S. Jones, 41, of Litchfield, probation violation for a 2007 conviction of Gross Sexual Assault in Boothbay Harbor; sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 15 years, all but eight suspended, probation of six years, and restitution of $3,500.

Jean Leuchetenburg, 73, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, guilty of OUI (alcohol) in Boothbay Harbor; fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

Heather Brewer, 29, of Boothbay Harbor, probation violation for a 2015 conviction for Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs; sentenced to jail for six months, probation partially revoked, probation continued. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release; sentenced to jail for seven days.

Joseph Nania,  62, of Dresden, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault; unconditional discharge; and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault with priors.

Sean Williams, 41, of Damariscotta, guilty of Attaching False Plates in Alna; fined $500; also deferred disposition for Failing to Stop for an Officer.

Elisha Garrett Jr., 68, of Boothbay; charge of Domestic Violence Assault dismissed.

Tracy McLaughlin, 41, of Dayton, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Fighting in Boothbay Harbor; fined $300; deferred disposition for Assault.

Carol Cushing, 52, of Boothbay, guilty of Criminal Mischief; fined $300.

Vickie Chattley, 32, of Boothbay, for two charges of Domestic Violence Assault, dismissed.

Steven Roderick, 19, of Bourne, Massachusetts, on a Boothbay Harbor charge of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, dismissed.

Adam Giles, 28, of Boothbay, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault with priors; sentenced to two years and six months in jail, all but nine months suspended, probation of two years.

Rochelle Warren, 22, of Dresden, probation violation for a 2019 conviction for Burglary, sentenced to jail for 11 days,  probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Kyle Bennett, 21, of Windsor, on a Boothbay charge of Assault, dismissed.

Joseph Greenleaf, 29, of Wiscasset, on a charge of Failure to Comply with the Sex Offender Registration Act, First Offense, dismissed.

Harry Hilton, 65, of Bristol, on a Wiscasset charge of Criminal Trespass, dismissed.

Lawrence Eckert, 46, of Wiscasset, not guilty on charges of Theft by Deception and Criminal Mischief.

Gregory Dalton, 52, of Wiscasset, guilty of Driving to Endanger; fined $575; and deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol).

Andrew Buck, 40, of Waldoboro, guilty of Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Act, third offense, in Edgecomb; sentenced to four years in jail, all but 90 days suspended, probation for three years.

Martin Clark-Castillo, 31, of Bath, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release for an incident in Dresden; sentenced to two years in jail, all but seven days suspended, probation for two years.

Jacob Warman, 33, of Eddington, guilty of Terrorizing  in Dresden; sentenced to jail for 30 days.

Katrina Fread, 24, of East Boothbay, on a charge of Criminal Mischief, dismissed.

Caren Levin, 57, of Sarasota, Florida, guilty of OUI (alcohol) for an incident in Boothbay Harbor; fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

Kayla Marshall, 32, of Windsor, on a charge of Burglary and Criminal Mischief in Westport Island, dismissed.

Timothy Ferrell, 22, of Westport Island, guilty of Assault; fined $300, unconditional discharge; and Criminal Mischief; sentenced to jail for 72 hours, ordered to pay restitution of $50.

Jonathan Alas, 24, of Richmond, deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release for an incident in Wiscasset.

Taylor Delano, 19, of Wiscasset, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days.
