The election of the senator from Maine in 2020 will be determined by Ranked Choice Voting. The election of the congressmen from Maine in 2020 will be determined by Ranked Choice Voting.

LD1083 proposes that Ranked Choice Voting be extended to include the presidential primary and general elections.

Is this what the framers of the Maine State Constitution intended?
