It’s been a long, bumpy year, but Friends of Thai Daughters (FTD) is ready to bring the sunshine and sunflowers. Relax with a Sunflower Smash cocktail and join us online to celebrate Friends of Thai Daughters’ 15th anniversary!
Friends of Thai Daughters (FTD), a nonprofit founded by Boothbay residents Patricia Zinkowski and Jane McBride, invites you to a Sunflower Celebration on Saturday, Aug. 8 at 6 p.m. Due to the pandemic, the in-person event has been cancelled but we will all gather online to celebrate 15 years of FTD’s successful program to prevent child trafficking by educating and empowering at risk girls and young women.
The Zoom program will feature videos by and about our Thai Daughters, an update on our exciting new Sunflower Thrivable™ Farm and entertainment. The 45-minute event starts officially at 6, but guests are invited to log on at 5:45 p.m. Attendance is free and all are welcome to join the celebration.
