Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: Two arrests

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 138 calls for service for the period of Oct. 19 to Oct. 26. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 9,472 calls for service.

Arrests

Zachariah W. Jackson, 21, of Rockland was arrested Oct. 22 on a Knox District Court warrant for Domestic Violence Assault, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Jonathan Colby.

Tayler Giacomaro, 34, of Boothbay was arrested Oct. 24 for Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening and Violating Condition of Release (x2), on Pension Ridge Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Jerold Winslow, who was assisted by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

Summonses

A 14-year-old female juvenile from Bristol was issued summonses Oct. 20 for Theft by Unauthorized Use of Property and Operating Vehicle without License, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

Tristan W. Reynolds, 18, of Thomaston was issued a summons Oct. 21 for Theft by Unauthorized Use of Property, after he was stopped in Warren by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.  Mr. Reynolds was issued the summons, for an incident that occurred in Bristol, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

A 14-year-old female juvenile from Bristol was issued a summons Oct. 22 for Theft by Unauthorized Used of Property, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

Jennifer K. D’Alessandro, 37, of Windsor was issued a summons Oct. 24 for Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report, on Townhouse Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Kasey Doyle.

Mary E. Engert, 76, of Boothbay Harbor was issued a summons Oct. 24 for Leaving the Scene of Property Damage Accident, on Eddy Road, Edgecomb, by Sgt. Jared Mitkus.

Accidents

On Oct. 22, an accident occurred on State Route 129 in South Bristol involving Shane J. Merrill, 37, of South Bristol. Mr. Merrill was operating his 2009 Dodge Ram southbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck. Deputy Jerold Winslow was the investigating officer.

On Oct. 23, an accident occurred on Townhouse Road in Whitefield involving Jennifer K. D’Alessandro, 37, of Windsor. Ms. D’Alessandro was operating her 2002 Ford Escape northbound when she struck a deer, causing her vehicle to be disabled due to heavy front-end damage. Det. Sgt. Ronald Rollins was the investigating officer.
