November closed cases

    The following are closed cases in the Lincoln County Courts for November. All information was provided by the Clerk of Courts. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

    Heather Brewer, 29, of Boothbay Harbor, probation violated on a 2015 charge of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs; sentenced to jail for six months, probation continued afterward. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days.

    Adam Gerald Pinkham, 36, of Trevett, guilty of Burglary; sentenced to jail for three years, all but 90 days suspended, probation of two years, restitution of $5,234.54 ordered.

    Christopher Gremillion, 39, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on a charge of OUI (alcohol) in Boothbay Harbor, dismissed. Also dismissed, a charge of Violating Conditions of Release.

    Robert Sherman, 55, of Boothbay, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Loud, Unreasonable Noise, fined $250.

    Alyssa Bennett, 24, of Arlington, Massachusetts, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for 30 days.

    Rochelle Warren, 22, of Dresden, probation violation for a 2019 charge of Burglary; sentenced to jail for 11 days, probation continued afterward.

    Elmer Warren Sr., 50, of Dresden, guilty of five counts of Burglary. On the first count, sentenced to jail for three years, six months, all but six months suspended; for each additional count, sentenced to jail for 90 days. Also guilty of five charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for 90 days on each count.

    Nikolaos Kazakos, 48, of Boothbay Harbor, on a charge of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with prior, dismissed.

    Nicholas Bakelmun, 26, of Brunswick, guilty of Motor Vehicle Speeding, 30 + MPH Over the Limit in Wiscasset, fined $500.

    Paul Cane, 57, of Round Pond, guilty of Driving to Endanger for an incident in Wiscasset, fined $575, and license suspended for 30 days. Also deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol).

    Melissa Green, 47, of Wiscasset, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures, fined $250. Also deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

    Nathaniel Grasser, 25, of Alna, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, sentenced to jail for seven days, license suspended 150 days; guilty of Aggravated Operation After Habitual Offender Revocation, fined $500, sentenced to jail for six months, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and Driving to Endanger, sentenced to jail for seven days.

    Skyler Davis, 21, of Boothbay, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

    Zachary Argraves, 23, of Unity, deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault in Wiscasset.

    Joanna Stilwell, 34, of Woolwich, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for seven days, ordered to pay restitution of $58.98.

    Cormac Miller, 24, of Bremen, deferred disposition for Aggravated Criminal Trespass, Domestic Violence Assault, Assault, and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, in Boothbay. A charge of Criminal Trespass was dismissed.

    David Peter Clifford, 26, of Edgecomb, on charges of Violating Conditions of Release and Allowing a Minor to Consume Alcohol, dismissed.

    Martin Clark-Castillo, 31, of Bath, on charges of Aggravated Assault, Domestic Violence Reckless Conduct, and Criminal Mischief, in Dresden, dismissed. Guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to two years in jail, all but seven days suspended, probation for two years. Also deferred disposition on a charge of Domestic Violence Assault.

    Traci Blackman, 47, of Boothbay Harbor, on a charge of Failure to Stop, Remain, and Provide Information, dismissed.

    Jacob Silver, 25, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, sentenced to jail for two days, license suspended 150 days. In a separate matter, deferred disposition for Failing to Inform Law Enforcement of Concealed Weapon.

    James Burns, 53, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, license suspended for 150 days. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, fined $300, all suspended.

    Nicholas Merry, 36, of Wiscasset, guilty of Criminal Threatening; sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 14 suspended, probation one year; and Assault, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all suspended, probation of one year. Also deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault and Domestic Violence Terrorizing.

    Jonathan McNutt, 37, of Boothbay, on a charge of Domestic Violence Assault, dismissed.

    Mickey Latter, 54, of Boothbay, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, license suspended for 150 days; deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol) – No Test.

    Caren Levin, 57, of Sarasota, Florida, guilty of OUI (alcohol) in Boothbay Harbor, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.

    Michael Hilgendorf, 69, of Wiscasset, guilty of Violating a Protection from Abuse Order, sentenced to jail for 48 hours; deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol).

    Jimmy Main, 65, of St. Pete Beach, Florida, a charge of Fugitive from Justice was dismissed.

    Nathaniel Betts, 21, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked,  fined $250.

    Gage Patrick Schutte, 22, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250; and Attaching False Plates, fined $250, all suspended.

    Taylor Delano, 19, of Wiscasset, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days; and deferred disposition for Operating a Vehicle Without a License.

    Stephen Reny, 19, of Boothbay, on a charge of Criminal Mischief, dismissed. In a separate matter, guilty of a Minor Possessing Alcohol, fined $200.

    Ronnie Russomano, 45, of Farmingdale, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release in Boothbay, sentenced to jail for 60 days.
