At St. Philip’s Episcopal Church on Sunday, Aug. 28 at 2 p.m. is an event titled “Musical Treats and Sweets.” This will be a special worship service of praise and music led by the church’s choir director, Lornalee Curtis. There will be singers from around the area, poetry, special extra musical instruments, and participation from the audience.

Following the service, there will be free ice cream!
