United Way of Mid Coast Maine is pleased to introduce the loaned executives for the 2020 Campaign — Cindy Tucci of L.L. Bean, Ryan Berard of Hannaford and Nina Bergendoff of FHC, Inc.

Loaned executives are individuals “loaned” to United Way from an organization or sponsored with funds from local companies. Loaned executives function as extensions of the United Way fundraising staff in coordinating employee campaigns and soliciting employee pledges throughout Mid Coast Maine during the campaign. Loaned executives build leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while assisting local employers in planning, implementing, and managing successful United Way workplace campaigns.

Serving as United Way spokespeople, Loaned executives convey the mission, vision, and values of United Way to the community.
