Wiscasset Police Department reported the following for May 15-31:

Arrests

May 21, Benjamin Dauphin, 33, of Wiscasset was arrested on a warrant out of Lincoln County for Failure to Appear, by Officer Scott Getchell.

May 23, Derek Macleod, 37, of Gardiner was arrested for Operating Under the Influence (1 Prior), by Officer Getchell.

Summonses

May 20, Harley Richards, 27, of Waldoboro was summonsed for Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, by Officer Getchell.

May 21, Hazen Oakes, 19, of Boothbay was summonsed for Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, by Officer Getchell.

May 22, Lee Patterson, 29, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Operating After License Suspension, by Officer Nathan Willhoite.

May 22, Jennifer Rosa, 42, of Woolwich was summonsed for Operating After License Suspension and Violation of Conditions of Release, by Officer Willhoite.

May 25, Karl Berriault, 44, of Lewiston was summonsed for Operating After Suspension, by Officer Willhoite.

May 26, Jonathan Benwell, 29, of Kezar Falls was summonsed for Theft by Unauthorized Taking, by Officer Jonathan Barnes.

May 26, Harrison Parks, 22, of Bremen was summonsed for Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, by Officer Barnes.

May 28, Spencer Vogt, 34, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Operating After License Suspension, by Officer Willhoite.

Accidents

May 17, Chief Larry Hesseltine responded to an accident at the intersection of Bath Road and Churchill Street. Michael Lucas, 56, of Wiscasset was traveling east when Mary Galloway, 73, of Dresden was turning and Lucas struck the back of Galloway’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.

May 19, Chief Hesseltine responded to an accident at the intersection of Bath and Birch Point roads. Cassandra Craft, 27, of Lewiston was traveling westbound when she failed to yield right of way to Scott Geroux, 59, of Chelsea, who was traveling westbound and stopped to turn. Craft struck the back of Geroux’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.

May 22, Officer Willhoite responded to an accident on Willow Lane. Jennifer Rosa, 42, of Woolwich was traveling north when her vehicle malfunctioned, causing her to go off the roadway and into a ditch. No injuries were reported.
