Wiscasset Police Department reported the following for Aug. 15-31:

Arrests 

Aug. 18, Nicholas Worthing, 33, of Pittston was arrested on a warrant out of Kennebec County, by Officer Jonathan Barnes.

Aug. 18, Clarence Gallup, 62, of Whitefield was arrested for alleged violation of conditions of release, by Barnes.

Aug. 20, Jeremy Safford, 38, of Waldoboro was arrested for alleged unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and alleged possession of drug paraphernalia, by Barnes.

Aug. 23, Adam Benner, 35, of Waldoboro was arrested for alleged violation of conditions of release, alleged unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and alleged operating after license suspension, by Barnes.

Summonses

Aug. 16, Donald Miller, 77, of Andover, Massachusetts was summonsed for alleged criminal speeding, by Chief Larry Hesseltine.

Aug. 17, Kiara Perez-Soland, 20, of Rockland was summonsed for alleged driving to endanger, by Hesseltine.

Aug. 18, Joshua Shorey, 34, of Alna was summonsed for alleged driving to endanger, by Barnes.

Aug. 19, Michael Pinkham, 39, of Wiscasset was summonsed for alleged unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and alleged possession of drug paraphernalia, by Barnes.

Aug. 20, Rose Ayers, 32, of Waldoboro was summonsed for alleged theft by unauthorized taking/transfer, by Barnes.

Aug. 20, Susan Doray, 37, of Waldoboro was summonsed for alleged theft by unauthorized taking/transfer and alleged unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two charges), by Barnes.

Aug. 22, Samantha Plourd, 30, of Farmingdale was summonsed for alleged OUI-Drugs, by Barnes.

Aug. 23, Nicole Brann, 27, of Waldoboro was summonsed for alleged violation of conditions of release, by Barnes.

Aug. 25, Michael Eckert, 46, of Wiscasset was summonsed for alleged operating after habitual offender revocation, by Barnes.

Accidents

Aug. 17, Hesseltine responded to an accident on Bath Road. Kiara Perez-Soland, 20, of Rockland was traveling west on Bath Road, when she attempted to pass a vehicle. Perez-Soland then swerved to avoid a head-on collision, and continued off the left side of the road, with the vehicle striking a telephone pole. No injuries were reported.

Aug. 18, Hesseltine responded to an accident on Bath Road. Joshua Brewer, 29, of Wiscasset was traveling west on Bath Road when he became distracted and crossed over the center line, with the vehicle striking a vehicle operated by Rebecca Warren, 45, of Berwick. No injuries were reported.

Aug. 20, Officer Nathan Willhoite responded to an accident in the parking lot of Wiscasset Ford. Deborah Macdonald, 61, of Damariscotta was backing out of a parking space, when the vehicle she was operating struck one operated by Kody Sturdevant, 18, of Leeds. No injuries were reported.

Aug. 31, Hesseltine responded to an accident on Bath Road. Chelsea Burnham, 30, of Waldoboro was traveling northbound when she failed to yield right-of-way and pulled into the path of a vehicle driven eastbound by Rachael Seda-Ruiz, 28, of Bath. Minor injuries were reported.
