Damariscotta finished steamers. We float all of our steamers in the cold clean water of the Damariscotta River resulting in an extremely clean and sweet product.
A littleneck, a quahog, and a steamer with a quarter for scale.
Don’t forget to try our lemon garlic thyme butter for incredible grilled oysters.
