Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: Nine arrests

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 167 calls for service for the period of 09/13/2022 to 09/20/2022, and Year to Date, LCSO has responded to 7912 calls for service.

Summonses

Edward J. Fox, 34, of Damariscotta was issued a summons Sept. 14 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked – prior, on US Route 1, Nobleboro, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

Adam Farnham, 31, of Boothbay was issued summonses Sept. 15 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked and Violating Condition of Release, on Wiscasset Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Owen Beattie.

Harley M. Richards, 28, of Waldoboro was issued a summons Sept. 19 for Assault, on Sawdust Hill Road, Nobleboro, by Deputy Owen Beattie.

Arrests

Django E. Pignatello, 24, of Whitefield was arrested Sept. 14 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Main Street, Whitefield, by Deputy Kasey Doyle, who was assisted by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

Russell A. Davidson, 55, of Bath was arrested Sept. 15 for Operating under the Influence, on US Route 1, Newcastle, by Sgt. Matthew Day.

Jacob R. Overlock, 21, of Warren was arrested Sept. 16 for Operating under the Influence and Operating after Suspension, on Augusta Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

Thomas P. Montuori, 42, of Bristol was arrested Sept. 16 for Violation of Protective Order; Assault and Criminal Trespass, on Bristol Mews Road, Bristol, by Deputy Jonathan Colby.

Lora L. Rinow, 57, of Edgecomb was arrested Sept. 16 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Cunningham Road, Edgecomb, by Deputy Jonathan Colby.

Andrew M. Sloat, 35, of Boothbay, on Sept. 17, turned himself in on a Kennebec County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Class E Theft by Unauthorized Use or Transfer Charge, to Sgt. Kevin Dennison, at the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Wiscasset.

Joshua D. Harwood, 43, of Georgetown was arrested Sept. 17 on a Cumberland County warrant for Violation of Bail, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Owen Beattie.

Joshua W. Miller, 39, of Boothbay Harbor was arrested Sept. 18 for Operating under the Influence, on Ryder Trail, Boothbay, by Deputy Kasey Doyle.

Kristina M. Donahue, 42, of Damariscotta was arrested Sept. 18 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked and Violating Condition of Release, on West Hamlet Road, Newcastle, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Accidents

On Sept. 14, an accident occurred on Mills Road in Whitefield involving Kiersten L. Burton, 34, of Whitefield. Ms. Burton was operating her 2017 Toyota RAV4 northbound when a deer crossed the road in front of her and was struck, causing significant damage to the front driver’s corner and fender of her vehicle. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.

On Sept. 15, an accident occurred on Common Drive in Boothbay involving Susan N. Keller, 89, of New Providence, New Jersey and Karen K. Landry, 62, of Boothbay. Ms. Keller had parked her 1992 Ford Explorer in a parking lot, off of Common Drive, when she starting backing out of the parking lot to drive south.  When she was backing up, she collided into the driver’s side of Ms. Landry’s 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, who was traveling northbound on Common Drive. Deputy Owen Beattie was the investigating officer.

CORRECTED VERSION: On Sept. 19, an accident occurred on Academy Hill in Newcastle involving Garrett B. Howard, 17, of Nobleboro and Shawna M. Kurr, 43, of Nobleboro. Mr. Howard's 2017 Toyota Tacoma was in a parking space and he was waiting to enter traffic to leave the parking space. Ms. Kurr was in the lane of traffic in her 2016 Audi Q5 and began to move and Mr. Howard began to move forward, when Ms. Kurr stopped due to traffic and Mr. Howard did not see her begin to stop and as a result, he sideswiped her rear passenger side quarter panel. Deputy Samuel Alexander was the investigating officer.
