The Chocolate Church Arts Center will hold auditions for Gilbert and Sullivan's "The Pirates of Penzance" Sunday, June 5 from 1-3 p.m. and Monday, June 6 from 6-8 p.m.

The cast will involve 35 actors: 15-20 adults (6 m, 3f, 6m/f, all ages) and 10-12 children ages 6-16 to play a variety of pirates and characters. This is an all-family audition and show.

Actors should be prepared to dance, sing a song of choice (a capella), read from a script and improvise. Wayne Otto is directing the production.

Gilbert and Sullivan's “The Pirates of Penzance” will open the 2016-17 season for the Chocolate Church, the weekends of September 9-11 and 16-18.
