Wiscasset Superintendent of Schools Kim Andersson confirmed via email Tuesday evening, Nov. 28, the dismissal hearing on Gina Stevens is Dec. 12, time and place still to be set.

Asked the date, time and place, Andersson said the hearing is Dec. 12, “but the attorneys are still working out the details. I’ll get the agenda out as soon as all the details are finalized.” 

The school committee decided Nov. 13 to hold the hearing after Andersson’s multiple claims involving Stevens’ performance as principal. Stevens has said she did nothing wrong.
