Gertrude Dunning Barstow, 83, of Waldoboro, died September 10, 2012 at Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick.

She was born in Wiscasset on August 13, 1929, a daughter of Warren Ira and Florence M. (French) Grover Sr.

She attended Wiscasset schools. 

She is survived by four sons, Roger Dunning and his wife Sandra of Dresden, John Dunning and his wife Hope of Wiscasset, Sam Dunning and his wife Carol of Woolwich and Donald Dunning of Wiscasset; two daughters, Jo Anne Hall and her husband Jerry of Bath and Lillian Love and her husband Byard of Gardiner; one brother, Joseph Grover and wife Judy of Gardiner; daughter in-law, Pam Dunning of Wiscasset; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by three sons, Richard Dunning, Lee Dunning Jr. and Stanley Dunning.

A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Wiscasset. Arrangements are by Daigle Funeral Home, 819 High St., Bath. Condolences may be made at www.Daiglefuneralhome.com.
