Lincoln County Grand Jury Indictments: Aggravated assault, burglary, more

The Lincoln County Grand Jury recently indicted the following individuals.

Robert Blanc, 31, of Bristol was indicted on one count of Class C stealing drugs on March 26 in Damariscotta.

Matthew Votto, 26, of Gardiner was indicted on one count of Class C burglary and one count of Class D criminal mischief after a March 8 arrest in Damariscotta.

Logan Nelson, 24, of Vassalboro was indicted on one count of Class C eluding an officer and Class E driving to endanger from April 19 in Newcastle.

Luke Morse, 22, of Wiscasset was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated assault and Class D domestic violence assault from a March 17 alleged incident in Waldoboro. Morse was also indicted on one count of violation of conditions of release on April 11 in Wiscasset. 

Maxwell Alley, 26, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of Class C burglary, one Class C count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and one count of Class B theft by unauthorized taking on Dec. 30, 2014 in Boothbay. Alley was also indicted on one count of Class E violation of conditions of release and one count of Class C unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 1 in Boothbay. 

Jennifer Becker, 49, of Edgecomb was indicted on one count of Class C aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs and Class D endangering the welfare of a child on March 13 in Edgecomb. 

David Chaney, 36, of Phippsburg was indicted one one count of Class C theft by unauthorized taking between Jan. 1, 2014 and June 2, 2014 in Wiscasset.

James Oliver, 48, of Hampden was indicted on one count of Class B attempted gross sexual assault, two counts of Class D unlawful sexual touching, and one count of Class C violation of sex offender registry on March 29 in Nobleboro. 

Ronald Brann, 65, of Damariscotta was indicted on four counts each of Class D unlawful sexual touching and Class B unlawful sexual touching from June 1, 2011 in Waldoboro to May 15, 2014 in Damariscotta. 

Jason Blackler, 38, of Jefferson was indicted on one count of Class C theft by unauthorized taking from Jan. 1, 2013 to February 2015 in Damariscotta.

Kathleen Stevens, 33, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on April 1 in Boothbay.

Courtney Flint, 22, of Nobleboro was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Jan. 27 in Newcastle.

Herbert Sund, 48, of Parsonfield was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated assault on April 18 in Nobleboro. 

Jonathan Merchant, 35, of Washington was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and Class E violation of conditions of release on April 11 in Newcastle.

Erin Ginnaty, 32, of Bremen was indicted on one count of Class C operating after revocation March 18 in Bremen.

Daniel Colby Jr., 32, of Wiscasset was indicted on one count of Class C possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, one count of Class B theft by unauthorized taking and four counts of Class D terrorizing March 18 in Wiscasset. 

Jesse Erskine, 30, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful possession of a scheduled drug Nov. 14, 2014 in Boothbay.

Bruce Holt, 29, of Bremen was indicted on one count of Class C operating after revocation and Class E leaving the scene of an accident on March 28 in Waldoboro.

Philip Gurney, 54, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry and Notification Act of 1999 on April 3 in Waldoboro.

Evan Benner, 24, of Waldoboro was indicted on two counts of Class B unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs March 2 in Waldoboro.

Travis Gifford, 34, of New Harbor was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful possession of scheduled drugs April 8 in Bristol.

Casey Hanna, 30, of New Harbor was indicted on two counts of Class B unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs Aug. 22, 2014 in Bremen and March 11 in Newcastle.

Norma Weeks, 58, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and one count of Class C unlawful possession of scheduled drugs April 1 in Boothbay.

Class B crimes are felonies and are punishable by up to 10 years in prison and up to a $20,000 fine.

Class C crimes are also felonies, and are punishable by up to five years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.

Class D crimes are misdemeanors and are punishable by up to 364 days in jail and up to a $2,000 fine, while Class E crimes are also misdemeanors and are punishable by up to six months in jail and up to a $1,000 fine.
