Lincoln County Grand Jury Indictments: Drugs, criminal driving and more drugs

    The Lincoln County Grand Jury indicts the following individuals:

    Heather Fontane, 29, of Brunswick was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs and Class C trafficking in prison contraband on June 21 at Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset.

    Amanda Mitchell, 28, of Wiscasset was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband and Class E violating the conditions of her release on June 21at Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset.

    Ashley Ann Chaisty, 19, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband and Class C violating the conditions of her release on June 21 At Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset.

    George D. Elwell Jr., 46, of Topsham was indicted on one count of Class C domestic violence terrorizing after being arrested May 26 in Wiscasset.

    Scott Greenleaf, 41, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful possession of scheduled drugs after being arrested April 29 in Boothbay.

    Leo Barter Jr., 43, of Boothbay was indicted on two counts of Class B unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and one count of Class E violating the conditions of his release after being arrested April 29 in Boothbay.

    Luke Dale-Smith, 30, of Jefferson was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated assault, Class D domestic violence terrorizing, Class D threatening and Class C violation of a protective order on July 23 in Jefferson.

    Alfred Norton, 55, of Boothbay was indicted on one count Class C unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 29 in Boothbay.

    George Yanez, 41, of Hallowell was indicted on one count of Class C violation of conditions of release on Aug. 18 in Wiscasset and one count of Class C violation of conditions of release on Aug. 10 in Whitefield.

    Steven Cherkis, 50, of Dresden was indicted on one count of Class C domestic violence assault on Aug. 9 in Dresden.

    Jeremy D. Hallowell, 36, of Somerville was indicted on two counts of Class C sexual abuse of a minor from two incidents alleged to have happened in November and December 2013 in Somerville.

    Jessica Alexander, 39, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and Class E violating the conditions of her release on May 28 in Waldoboro.

    Terry Holmes, 53, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of Class C criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon after a July 5 arrest in Boothbay.

    Jeffrey P. Luce, 37, of Whitefield was indicted on one count of Class C theft by unauthorized taking, one count of Class D misuse of identification, one count of Class D violating of a protective order and two counts of Class E violating the conditions of his release on April 20 and April 22 in Wiscasset.

    Kourtney Sherwood, 30, of Brunswick was indicted on one count of Class C eluding an officer, one count of Class E operating after suspension, one count of Class D criminal operating under the influence, one count of Class E criminal speed, three counts of Class C assault on an officer, one count of Class D refusing to submit to arrest or detention, one count of Class C reckless with a dangerous weapon (a motor vehicle) and one count of Class E violating the conditions of her release on May 26 in Waldoboro and Newcastle.

    Stacey Parker, 37, of Little Elm, Texas, was indicted on three counts of Class B unlawful sexual contact from incidents alleged to have happened Nov. 1 and 15 and Dec. 10, 2010 in Westport Island.

    Benjamin Carroll, 19, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class B burglary and Class D theft by unauthorized taking on April 8 in Jefferson.

    Brittini Gracie, 19, of Union was indicted on one count of Class D theft by unauthorized taking, Class B burglary and Class D forgery on April 8 in Jefferson.

    Casey Hanna, 31, of New Harbor was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated forgery and one count of Class E violation of conditions of release on June 12 in Damariscotta.

    Rocky Grass, 31, of Bangor was indicted on one count of Class B theft by unauthorized taking on June 11 in Damariscotta.

    Sean Williams, 37, of Damariscotta was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs and one count of Class E violating the conditions of release on August 16 in Damariscotta.

    Shawn T. Brewer, 32, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C domestic violence assault and one count of Class E violating the conditions of his release on June 29 in Waldoboro. Brewer was also indicted on one count of Class C violating the conditions of his release on Aug. 27 in Waldoboro.

    Jack Wade Randall, 56, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C failure to comply with the sex offender registry and one count of Class E violating the conditions of his release on July 19 in Waldoboro.

    Timothy Doble, 27, of Brunswick was indicted on one count of Class C domestic violence assault on April 1 in Waldoboro.

    Jeffrey Aviles, 27, of Manhattan, New York, was indicted on one count of Class A aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and Class C unlawful possession of a firearm by a prohibited person on June 3 in Waldoboro.

    Dean Feltis, 48, of Warren was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and one count of Class E violating the conditions of his release on June 3 in Waldoboro.

    Shelley Landers, 46, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C unlawful possession of a scheduled drug after being arrested on July 15 in Waldoboro.

    Jennifer Rosa, 37, of Damariscotta was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated furnishing of schedule W drugs and Class C unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on July 29 in Newcastle.

    Class A, Class B and Class C crimes are all felonies while Class D and Class E crimes are misdemeanors. The maximum penalty for a Class A crime is up to 20 years in prison and up to a $50,000 fine. Class B crimes carry a maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison and up to a $20,000 fine. Class C crimes are punishable by up to five years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.

    Class D crimes are punishable by up to 364 days in jail and up to a $2,000 fine while Class E crimes carry a maximum penalty of six months in jail and up to a $1,000 fine.
