Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 6 arrests

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 216 calls for service for the period of April 2 to April 9. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 3,176 calls for service.

Summonses

Patrick M. Harko, 37, of Farmingdale was issued a summons April 7 for Operating Vehicle without a License, on Gardiner Road, Dresden, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Seth Michael D. Petersen, 31, of Wiscasset was issued a summons April 7 for Failure to Submit to Finger Printing, on Bath Road, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

Arrests

Matthew Scally, 29, of Whitefield was arrested April 4 for Operating under the Influence, on Bath Road, Wiscasset, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Nathan Gregory, 46, of Portland was arrested April 5 on a New Hampshire warrant for Failure to Appear on a Shoplifting charge, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

Jessica Simmons, 29, of Wiscasset was arrested April 5 for Violating Condition of Release and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, on Vigue Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

Joey Lee Peaslee, 42, of Whitefield was arrested April 5 for Attaching False Plates; Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked and Violating Condition of Release, on Vigue Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

Richard Potter, 26, of Dresden was arrested April 5 for Violating Condition of Release and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, on Vigue Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

Ashley E. Robinson, 49, of Alna was arrested April 7 for Leaving Scene of Motor Vehicle Accident; Operating after License Suspension; Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention; Assault; Criminal Trespass and Violating Condition of Release, on West Alna Road, Alna, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson, who was assisted by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

Accidents

On April 3, an accident occurred on Grand Army Road in Whitefield involving Jaiden E. Locke, 17, of Whitefield and Madjoub S. Aboubaker, 47, of Lewiston. Mr. Aboubaker was operating his 2014 Ford Fusion westbound on Grand Army Road and Ms. Locke was traveling on Benner Lane and stopped at the stop sign in her 2017 Dodge Durango. Locke then attempted to make a left hand turn onto Grand Army Road and failed to yield to Aboubaker’s vehicle. As a result, Aboubaker struck Locke’s vehicle in the driver’s side. Locke’s vehicle then rolled over onto its side. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.

On April 4, an accident occurred on N. Newcastle Road in Newcastle involving Mark C. Manowski, 45, of Newcastle. Mr. Manowski was operating his 2020 Mercedes-Benz C westbound. The roads were snow covered and it was snowing heavily. As Manowski rounded a corner, he came upon a tree blocking the entire road. Due to the snowy/icy conditions, he could not stop in time and struck the tree, causing damage to the hood, windshield and roof of his vehicle.  Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.

On April 4, an accident occurred on Augusta Road in Jefferson involving Aimee E. Lash-Radic, 45, of Friendship. Ms. Lash-Radic was operating her 2020 Chevrolet Traverse eastbound when an unidentified vehicle passed her during dangerous driving conditions and forced her vehicle off the roadway, thus coming to rest against a guardrail. Deputy Mark Fortin was the investigating officer.

On April 4, an accident occurred on Main Street in Wiscasset involving Dwan Michael Wilki Hill, 30, of Folcroft, Pennsylvania. Mr. Hill was operating his 2022 Freightliner eastbound, it was snowing heavily, and the road was snow covered. Hill’s vehicle is a commercial truck with a loaded 53-foot trailer. As he came around a curve in the road, near Summer Street, his vehicle jack-knifed as it came around the corner, causing damage to the driver’s side of his vehicle. (The trailer hit the rear driver’s side cab area). Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.

On April 7, an accident occurred on Cross Road in Alna involving Ashley E. Robinson, of Woolwich. Ms. Robinson was operating her 2011 Honda Pilot southbound when she crossed the centerline, went off the roadway on the left, went airborne before landing on the lawn of a residence on Cross Road. Robinson’s vehicle then struck a parked motor vehicle, causing driver’s side front-end damage to her vehicle and damage to the parked truck. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
