Wiscasset selectmen will hear the latest information on two possible spending items Nov. 25. The board has called a special meeting for Tuesday night after discussing both items with department heads Nov. 18.

Public Works Director Doug Fowler has asked to replace a plow truck destroyed when a limb fell on it in an early November storm. Parks and Recreation Director Todd Souza on Nov. 18 updated selectmen on problems with the roof at Wiscasset Community Center. An engineering firm favored replacing it rather than putting a new roof over it. Souza said the overlay option might work, however. He planned to look into it further for the board.

Tuesday’s meeting at the municipal building starts at 7 p.m.
