WES students celebrate meeting challenge

At the end of last school year, all first graders were provided with several just right books, information about the Wiscasset Library Summer Reading Program and math materials to support practice to maintain skills over the summer in the form of a fun challenge.
The three students who completed this challenge got to celebrate Friday afternoon, Oct. 21 with first grade teachers Trae Stover and Marcie Abbott with pizza, ice cream, time for creative building, medals, and a visit with fancy certificates of achievement from Principal Kathleen Pastore! Congratulations to Addalyn Frannssen, Parker Nelson and Conrad Young!
